You'll serve as a trusted advisor and change management partner, helping clients adopt Asana as both a technology solution and a transformative approach to collaboration. You'll deliver tailored engagements that drive measurable adoption and business results.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end client engagements as primary point of contact, from implementation through ongoing successProvide expert consultation on Asana workflows and configurations aligned to client business challengesFacilitate training and change management activities that drive enterprise-wide adoptionManage project delivery with excellence, balance multiple priorities while maintaining scope and budgetIdentify growth opportunities and proactively introduce solutions that maximize client valueServe as voice of the customer, sharing insights with cross-functional and product teamsMinimum RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree3 years of customer-facing consulting or implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaSExpert in Asana and collaborative work management solutionsExceptional communicator who engages effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executivesSolutions-oriented with strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational changeSelf-motivated with excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesCustomer-centric mindset with genuine passion for driving client successCurious about AI and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them for enhanced outcomesAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services.The base compensation range for this full-time position is between [$67,000 - $97,000] plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
