You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our product. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with architecture and other cross-functional teams. Your leadership and technical acumen will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our product and enhancing the user experience across our platform.ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing a team of software developers ensuring that they are set up for success both short term and long term. Collaborating with architecture and other cross-functional teams to design and implement core components of our products. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Setting clear goals and expectations for the teams, ensuring alignment with the overall company objectives. Driving continuous improvement in software development processes, tools, and methodologies. Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the teams and with other departments. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in search technologies, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance the search engine. QualificationHave Current proficiency in and experience with any of the following tools: Java, Python, , AWS, Kubernetes, Airflow, Docker Possess current people management skills Experience with Agile best practices and JIRA Thrives working collaboratively and enjoy supporting, learning from, and sharing knowledge with a team of people from different backgrounds.
