PROJECT MANAGERDepartment: Enterprise Systems GroupBillable Hours Goal: 80% of worked hoursPosition Type: Full TimeTravel Required: Minimal as neededJOB SUMMARY:As a Project Manager, you will deliver multiple complex concurrent projects (multiple phases, applications, geographies, etc.), on time, on budget and to the agreed scope. Lead internal resources to maintain on-time delivery of current projects.REPORTS TO: Director of Professional ServicesDIRECT REPORTS: NoneESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Maintain overall management of the client relationship, project schedule, budget and scopeEnsure that sufficient resources and budget are available for completing all project activitiesAct as liaison and central focal point for internal stake holders – ie: Support, Development, Executive management, FinancePrepare management deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Orders and Project Lists) and use these deliverables to conduct the Project. Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issuesNotify client stakeholders of project issues and submit recommendations to resolve themMaintain regular contact with the Client Project Manager, providing the status of project progressEnsure that commitments and changes to commitments resulting from the requirements are negotiated with affected groupsFor approved Project Change Orders, update all documentation and project work plan to reflect changes in requirements and commitmentsChampion and adhere to implementation methodologyAbility to identify risk and manage/mitigateEnsure project related documentation is updated and delivered on-timeAssist with development of Project Management disciplines as requiredADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as liaison and central focal point for Epicor resources including scheduling, secondary installation, configuration and trainingMaintain daily timesheet and expense report entries and submit them accurately and timelyOther duties as requiredTECHNICAL SKILLS:High level of proficiency (intermediate) in MS Office, MS Project and SharePointSOFT SKILLS & ABILITIES:Experience in managing stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage and reduce project riskStrong written and verbal communication skillsPleasant and professional demeanor in all client and internal communicationsAbility to multi taskIntellectually resourceful with sound judgment and effective decision-making abilitiesIndependent worker and able to work effectively on daily tasks without direct supervisionStrong organization skills and ability to operate efficiently throughout daily tasksIn general owns issues through resolution although understands when to escalate a problem to another team member and whom to escalate to; accepts escalated issues; and mentors when appropriateDemonstrates empathy with team members in a professional manner at all timesWork well with clients at all levelsOperates with client satisfaction in mindEnergetic, enthusiastic and results-orientedStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor level degreePMP / Prince Certification preferred5 – 10 years of relevant experienceWORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Use of computer and office equipmentAbility to remain calm in stressful situationsPerforms all administrative functions expected at this levelADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to schedule for evening or weekend work occasionallyValid driver's license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicleCompensation details: 85000-115000 Yearly SalaryPIdc47f19119c6-31181-41005813
