Operations Training Coordinator

Implement and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing safety. Assess training needs, develop materials, and coordinate sessions. Identify future training needs and coordinate with Training Manager for program improvement Partner with subject matter experts to develop department focused new and ongoing training. Maintain training records and foster a culture of continuous learning. Proficiency in all operational roles, responsible for also conducting training.
