The Ancillary Technician is responsible for conducting ancillary inspections of residential and commercial properties. This position directly impacts our success. Communication, attention to detail, a friendly and positive attitude, and being a good team player are vital to this role. Our Ancillary Technician must be competent in all facets of working directly with customers, including communication and attention to detail, and be able to maintain positive interactions with clients and agents in high-stress situations.Impact and importance:The Ancillary Technician will have a significant impact on relationships with clients and agents, build a friendly, positive rapport to boost sales, provide detailed reports to clients, work closely with inspectors and other team members, help implement new ideas and initiatives, and assist in achieving our goals. They are a team player committed to assisting, sharing, and respecting co-workers.What you will do:Perform residential and commercial ancillary technician duties for several hours a day at various locations. Ancillary duties may include, but is not limited to:Sewer Scope, Mold TestingProduce a comprehensive digital report showing what was observed during the inspection within the timeline guidelines of the company.Create positive client experiences and build strong client relationships through accurate, thorough, and timely service delivery.Communicate the value of additional services to clients.Build trust with our inspectors, clients, and real estate agents using a calm demeanor, consistency, honesty, thoroughness, and communication.Always represent our brand professionally through appropriate communication and attire.Communicate as a team player within the organization regarding opportunities to improve service, value, and product offerings.What we are looking for:High School diploma, GED, or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseAbility to work with small tools to take apart and re-install plumbing materials.Ability to take classes and training to gain certifications if required.Punctual, dependable, and able to work unsupervisedProficient computer skills with the ability to learn company-utilized software programsExceptional time management skillsWell-developed empathy for working with stressed clientsAbility to actively listen and remain calm under pressure in confrontational situationsAnalyze and interpret dataStrong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationConcern about doing things the "right way"Compensation:$20.00 - $25.00 per hourWhy join us?Complete health benefits package, 401K, and paid vacation.A growing company that encourages leadership development and promotion.Ongoing training and personal learning opportunities.Be supported by caring teammates who like to have fun!Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
