Role Description We are seeking a full-time Driver to join our team in an on-site role located in Beaumont, TX. The Driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Daily tasks include vehicle inspections, route planning, loading and unloading cargo, maintaining cleanliness and condition of the vehicle, and ensuring proper documentation of deliveries. This role plays a key part in supporting Texship Logistics' commitment to exceptional service and timely delivery. Qualifications Proven skills in safe and efficient vehicle operation with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).Ability to perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, such as checking oil, tires, and fuel levels.Proficiency in route planning, GPS usage, and navigating to ensure timely delivery.Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.Experience in loading and unloading goods safely and accurately.Commitment to safety, including adherence to company and traffic regulations.Ability to handle delivery documentation, including maintaining logs and shipment records.Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently.Previous experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage but not mandatory.
