Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pastor based in Houston, TX. The Pastor will oversee weekly worship services, provide pastoral care, lead Bible studies, and guide the spiritual growth and discipleship efforts of the congregation. Additional responsibilities include supporting the community's spiritual needs and collaborating with ministry leaders on outreach initiatives and events. Qualifications Experience in Pastoring and Pastoral roles, including leading worship services and fostering spiritual growth.Proficiency in Pastoral Care and Discipleship to guide and nurture the congregation effectively.Ability to prepare and lead Bible Study sessions, delivering engaging and insightful teachings.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.An inclusive approach to fostering community and addressing diverse spiritual needs.A degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field is preferred but not required.Experience serving in a ministry or church setting is advantageous.
