External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Your Role:The Analytics Engineer role sits at the exciting intersection of data analytics, manufacturing, and supply chain. Through this role, you will collaborate across multiple organizations to create analytics tools to drive manufacturing efficiency, improve quality, and support the execution of the business strategy in the Single-Use Value Chain. You will support the leadership and the business with cost analytics, maintenance of costing elements, and cost investigations. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire analytics product stack, from data ingestion and transformation to visualization and UI design.Key Responsibilities:Develop data analytics products on Palantir Foundry to support data-driven decision-making in the Single-Use network.Proactively improve existing analytics products and data pipelines to support manufacturing, quality, supply chain, costing, and the business.Write robust, sustainable, and readable code for data pipelines and app functionality, including unit tests and documentation.Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces with a strong focus on user workflow and process pain-points.Work both collaboratively and individually to meet the needs of the end-user.Translate operations and business priorities into an analytics roadmap.Be curious and driven to learn.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science/engineering or related discipline.At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or supply chain sectors.Experience within a Supply Chain, Operations or Business function in a Life Science business fieldStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCurious and quick learnerPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in python. Experience with pyspark is a plus.Experience with Palantir Foundry, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Experience with frontend technologies such as TypeScript or JavaScript.Familiarity with ERP, CMMS, and Data Historian systems in manufacturing.Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.Good communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to translate non-technical requirements into a technical execution plan.Familiarity with GMP manufacturing and data integrity principles.Dedication to the user and drive to deliver the best solution for your customers.Pay Range for this position: $148,200 - $222,200.The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
