Demonstrate productivity and flexibility by accepting emergency department and float assignments. Support unit goals by completing work orders and minimizing waste.Quality: Participate in documentation according to unit standards and stay current with policy updates. Exhibit problem-solving skills and multitask within your scope of practice. Offer suggestions to enhance unit workflow and patient experience. Accept delegated tasks appropriately and engage in teamwork.Patient Satisfaction: Promote positive patient experiences through timely responses, professional conduct, and purposeful rounding. Maintain a quiet and respectful environment, using personal electronic devices responsibly. Exemplify excellent guest relations with patients, families, and visitors.Patient Safety: Practice safe patient mobilization and fall prevention strategies. Use two patient identifiers for all tasks and point-of-care testing. Report unusual occurrences using the event management system. Adapt care routines to meet individual patient needs and adhere to HIPAA and social media policies.Professional Growth: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, participate in orientation and cross-training, and demonstrate leadership by serving as a resource, council member, super user, or preceptor.
