Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Strength and Conditioning Intern role at ETS Performance, located in Centerville, UT. As a Strength and Conditioning Intern, you will assist in developing and implementing training programs for athletes across various sports and ability levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading or supporting training sessions, conducting performance assessments, ensuring proper technique and safety, and maintaining training equipment. The role also involves fostering positive relationships with athletes and their families and collaborating with the ETS coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and results. Qualifications Proficiency in strength and conditioning principles, exercise program design, and performance training methodsKnowledge of biomechanics and skill development for a range of sportsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleaguesKnowledge of safety practices and the ability to educate athletes on proper technique and injury preventionOrganizational skills to manage training schedules, equipment, and reporting tasksPassion for working with athletes at all levels to achieve their goalsBachelor’s or progress toward a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related fieldCPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
