Learn more atwww.dminc.comAbout the OpportunityDMI is seeking a Senior Specialist - Marketing Operations to support global marketing execution, operations, and performance tracking across digital marketing, demand generation, and enterprise campaigns.This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making and reporting support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of marketing operations, analytics, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment.This position will work closely with DMI's marketing leadership, and stakeholders across digital, content, demand generation, and other marketing teams, as well as cross departments like HR, finance, and LOB teams, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.This role requires partial overlap with Eastern Time (until Noon ET approximately).Duties and Responsibilities:Marketing Operations & Program Support:Support execution of integrated marketing programs across digital, demand generation, ABM, content, social media, etc.Coordinate campaign planning and design, workflows, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholdersAssist in development and deployment of marketing assets including emails, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns. Ensure alignment across campaigns, messaging, and execution timelinesMaintain and manage marketing calendars, workflows, and operational trackersDigital Marketing Support & Marketing Content Management:Support social media management by coordinating content and design inputs, securing SME approvals, publishing posts across LinkedIn and other channels, and tracking engagement metrics for reporting.Support execution and optimization across platforms including WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Google Ads, and LinkedIn AdsAssist with campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoringManage content publishing, tagging, and basic SEO hygiene for DMI's website and other digital platformsOwn and proactively manage marketing and sales content assets, ensuring optimal organization, alignment and consistency across DMI's website and internal repositories (e.g., SharePoint) through close coordination with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Support day-to-day management of tools like 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation platformsCampaign Support, Analytics, Reporting & Insights:Conduct market and competitive research for supporting optimal design and planning of marketing campaigns and strategyTrack campaign performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline contributionBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing leadershipGenerate insights to optimize campaigns, channels, and content performanceEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting hygiene across systems.Marketing Finance & Budget Operations:Support marketing budget tracking, spend management, and forecastingCollaborate with vendors and coordinate internally with finance teams on invoices, billing, vendor payments, contracts and renewals, onboarding, and terminationMaintain documentation and tracking of marketing investments and ROIAssist leadership with financial reporting and budget utilization analysis.Project Management & Workflow CoordinationManage project workflows using tools like Monday.com (Work OS)Track deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple marketing programsEnsure timely execution without compromising qualitySupport process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, LOBs, and leadership teams, coordinating with global teams across US, UK, and IndiaSupport vendor and agency coordination where requiredSupport HR-led corporate communications initiatives and provide project management and execution support for internal town halls and organizational events, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field4-7 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related rolesExperience in technology services industry with enterprise B2B focus would be preferredRequired Skills:Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign executionWorking knowledge of:WordPress (content publishing)HubSpot or similar marketing CRM platformGoogle Analytics (GA4), Search ConsolePaid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)Strong analytical and financial acumen, with data analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proven experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
