OverviewThe Project Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Group’s quickly growing Raleigh Outsourced Technical Services(OTS) team with a client location near Richmond, VA. Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of PM Group’s ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. We have over 50 years’ industry experience, strong technical knowledge and integrated resources. Clients look to us to provide experienced technical professionals that complement their project teams. Together we are sharing knowledge, learning, growing and continuing to be an integral part of supporting PM Group’s ongoing expansion in the US.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial capital projects from planning through closeout. This person will manage project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contractor coordination, installation, startup, turnover, and field execution activities. The role also requires hands-on construction management support, including oversight of daily site activities, coordination across trades, safety compliance, quality monitoring, and issue resolution.The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple industrial construction projects at once and working closely with internal stakeholders, design partners, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving on time and within budget.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm with a team of 4,000+ people.  We are world leaders in the pharma, food, biotech, medical technology and mission critical sectors. Provide hands-on construction management support including oversight of daily site activities, coordination across trades, safety compliance, quality monitoring, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with PM Group clientsEffectively communicate with both internal & external stakeholdersFocus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence while complying with good engineering practices, regulations, and codesMonitor project activity progress in alignment with the project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Report potential delays and provide mitigation recommendations.Qualifications5-10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction environmentsExperience leading multiple industrial construction projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping, civil, structural, and architectural scopesAbility to read and interpret design drawingsExperience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contractor management, and field supervisionStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft ProjectOSHA 30 certification requiredBachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or related fieldAll of your information is confidential according to EEO guidelines.Why PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
