Electrical Panel AssemblerIndustrial Electrical Panel Assembler Location: West Tulsa, OK Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time Pay Frequency: WeeklyWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Panel Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in West Tulsa. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience who is comfortable reading schematics, wiring industrial control panels, and working with a variety of electrical components and tools. The Industrial Electrical Panel Assembler will build and wire electrical control panels used in industrial applications, including Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panels, Soft Start panels, PLC-based control panels, and relay logic systems.ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and component layoutsIdentify electrical schematic symbols and industrial control componentsAssemble electrical components onto back pans and inside control panel enclosuresWire control panels according to electrical schematics and production specificationsProperly route, terminate, and label electrical wiringWork with VFDs, soft starters, PLC-controlled panels, relays, terminal blocks, breakers, contactors, and related componentsUnderstand proper power cable sizing and general wiring practices in accordance with NEC guidelinesUse hand and power tools including drills, jig saws, knockout punches, and electric or hydraulic crimpersUse computer systems to print wire labels and component identification labelsRetrieve and review component layouts, drawings, and reference photosInspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper workmanshipMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety procedures and PPE requirementsQualificationsPrevious electrical panel building, electrical assembly, or industrial wiring experience preferredAbility to read and understand electrical schematicsKnowledge of electrical components and general industrial wiring practicesAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power toolsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracyGood verbal and written communication skillsFormal electrical, electronics, industrial maintenance, or technical training is a plusAbility to work independently as well as part of a production teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive assembly workAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environmentMust be able to wear required personal protective equipmentMost work will be performed at the Tulsa-area manufacturing facility, with occasional light travel as needed.BenefitsFull-time employees are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:Employer-paid medical coverageEmployer-paid life insuranceShort-term disabilityLong-term disabilityMatching 401(k)
