"Awarded MPA's Top Mortgage Employers of 2025"Responsibilities:Manage inbound/outbound calls related to refinancing: rate and term and cash out.Speak to prescreened loan leads which the borrower has set an appointment to speak to a loan officeGoal is to take the loan applications over the phone on the first phone call and pull credit.
