You will work alongside your team while also managing performance and profitability.What We’re Looking For 3+ years of leadership experience (retail, restaurant, grocery, warehouse, banking, or similar) Stable work history Strong scheduling and time management skills Comfortable using POS systems, email, and spreadsheets High accountability and reliability Ability to lead by exampleRestaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value operational leadership and consistency above all.Physical Requirements Ability to be on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Comfortable working in kitchen and prep environmentsCapriotti’s was founded in 1976 and is known for whole roasted turkeys, premium meats and cheeses, and high-quality ingredients.
