Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Family LawJob Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)Duration: Full-timeOverviewWe are working with a highly regarded, growth-oriented law firm in Miami seeking a Family Law Attorney to handle a mix of high-conflict and standard family law matters.Key Responsibilities Handle divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters Manage cases from inception through resolution (motions, discovery, mediation, hearings) Draft pleadings, agreements, and court filings Advise clients and develop litigation/settlement strategies Work closely with partners, paralegals, and outside experts Handle asset division, including real estate and financial componentsQualifications 4+ years of family law litigation experience Active Florida Bar license Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client management skills Experience with high-conflict matters and heavy caseloads Familiarity with real estate issues tied to family law is a plus Spanish is a plusBenefits Strong compensation with upside (quarterly incentives + bonus + signing bonus)
