Those without a Poly will not be considered.**Required SkillsDemonstrates on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.Demonstrates on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.Demonstrates on-the-job experience putting together sprint plans.Demonstrates on-the-job experience putting together weekly reports.Demonstrates on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.Demonstrates on-the-job communication skills and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences.Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategies.Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO (Authority to Operate).Desired SkillsHold the following Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).Demonstrates recent experience with the Sponsor’s Lean Agile methodology. Demonstrates experience managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.Demonstrates experience with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA Workflow.Demonstrates on-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge of Sponsor’s enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments.Demonstrates broad knowledge of Sponsor’s IT components, missions, and strategies.Demonstrates familiarity with IC issues, policies, systems, and working relationships.Demonstrates on-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the Sponsor and Intelligence Community (IC).
