Oceans is looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist with a focus on WooCommerce, Magento, and web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP. Job Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support for WooCommerce and Magento platforms, resolving client issues with efficiency and precision.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Integrate JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP updates into existing systems as needed.
Troubleshoot issues related to website performance, functionality, and integrations.
Assist with small to medium-scale customizations without developing from scratch.
Manage support tickets, ensuring timely issue resolution and follow-ups.
Work closely with the development team on more complex tasks.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure outstanding service and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
3+ years of experience as Technical Support Engineer.
Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
Experience providing technical support for WooCommerce and Magento platforms.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP for troubleshooting and minor customizations.
Ability to quickly integrate and optimize existing systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical clients.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Capability to manage multiple client requests independently.
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Nice to have
Experience with additional e-commerce platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce.
Previous experience in a client-facing consultancy role.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
