Contribute directly to missions that protect and innovate for our world - your expertise matters here.[Responsibilities]- Set up and operate test apparatus to evaluate production assemblies and electronic units.- Execute testing following established methods, procedures, and standards.- Assemble production equipment and units per engineering designs and specifications.- Calibrate, adjust, modify, or repair systems and components as directed, using diagrams and sketches.- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions by troubleshooting to component level.- Operate hand tools, small power tools, and electronic measurement instruments.- Monitor and verify product quality using statistical process or other control procedures.- Maintain accurate test records and communicate findings to engineering teams.[Required Skills and Experience]- High School Diploma or Trade School equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.- Proficient in setting up and conducting electronic tests.- Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and RF analyzers.- Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics and technical diagrams.- Familiarity with hand soldering and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.[Preferred Skills]- IPC-A-610 and J-STD certifications.- Experience testing PCB boards.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.[Benefits]- Work on the world's most advanced electronics alongside top talent.- Build your career in a dynamic, innovative, and mission-driven organization.- Regular 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM) for extended weekends.- Opportunities for professional growth and industry certifications.- Direct contributions to projects that matter on a global scale.[How to Apply]
