Come join our island of misfit toys!Position SummaryNecco is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Aide to support our team in delivering high-quality services to children, foster families, and young adults. This role provides critical programmatic, service, and administrative support to case managers and life coaches, ensuring clients receive the resources and assistance they need to thrive.As a Case Aide, you will work in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, community locations, and foster homes. Your role will be instrumental in equipping foster youth and parents with the necessary tools and support to achieve permanency and long-term success.You Should Be Accurately Described AsA happy warrior who thrives on leading from the front with strategic thinking. Ridiculously passionate about the company’s success, growth, and program quality.The Candidate Selected Will Be Responsible For The FollowingProgram Administration & SupportAssist the Program Director, case managers, and life coaches in delivering client servicesProvide general program support, including data entry, documentation collection, and case file managementComplete administrative tasks related to service coordination and client supportService Delivery & Client SupportAssist with transportation for clients, including school, therapy, visitation, placement, discharges, and community activitiesProvide direct support to foster families, children, and young adults by connecting them to relevant community resourcesSupport life skill development for clients, including financial literacy, job readiness, and independent living skillsParticipate in on-call support, including assisting with extended hospital stays as neededFacilitate support groups, special events, and activities aligned with treatment goalsAssist in coordinating service plans, scheduling, and facilitating treatment team meetingsHelp set up new apartments for young adults entering the Independent Living (IL) ProgramSupervise client activities to ensure a safe and supportive environmentProvide school and vocational support, helping clients access educational and career resourcesDelivers services to clients across multiple environments, including in-home and community-based settings, and is required to transport clients as needed and travel between locations as essential functions of the positionComplete Medicaid services and documentation as requiredCorporate CitizenPractice Ruthless PragmatismEngage in peer-to-peer feedbackKnow and Live the Necco Corporate Culture PrinciplesEmbody the 3 essential virtues of Humble, Hungry and SmartDrive your Individual Performance ScorecardAdhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structurePosition QualificationsMust be at least 21 years old (per state regulations)High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationMinimum of 1 year experience in human services or a related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to successfully pass all required background checksAuto insurance coverage of 100/300/100 requiredAt Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
