Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager based in Delhi, OH, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing sales targets, maintaining relationships with financial institutions, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include providing loan counseling services, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving brand growth in the region, and ensuring smooth execution of the borrowing process for clients. Qualifications Proven skills in Team Leadership, Team Coordination, and Staff DevelopmentExperience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Goal AchievementProficiency in Financial Products, Banking Processes, and Loan DocumentationStrong Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving SkillsAbility to work in a hybrid work environment and manage operations effectively from both office and homeBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable
