Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction estimator and Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project oversight, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and pricing strategies. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project documentation and cost control. Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Implement effective project management practices to optimize resources and minimize waste. Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and financials. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control measures. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication. Familiarity with contract negotiation and management within the construction industry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
