The MSP Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping MSP partners with the knowledge, training, and resources they need to be successful, scalable, and profitable. This role owns enablement content, training programs, and partner-facing education while also playing a key role in building customer advocacy and social proof within the channel. Success in this role is measured by partner engagement, content adoption, certification completion, and advocacy participation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain MSP enablement content, including: Training modules and certification paths Sales playbooks and positioning guides Technical enablement and best practices Short-form, consumable content for MSP owners and techs Partner with Product, Sales, and Partner Success to ensure enablement aligns with real-world MSP needs Own the onboarding-to-growth learning journey for MSPs Create and manage partner training programs (live and on-demand) Build customer advocacy initiatives: Case studies Testimonials Peer references Community champions Track enablement engagement and continuously optimize content Act as the voice of the partner in shaping future enablement strategy Success MetricsTraining and certification completion rates Enablement content adoption Partner engagement and feedback Number of active advocates and references Influence on expansion and add-on revenue QualificationsExperience in MSP enablement, channel marketing, or partner programs Strong content creation and storytelling skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance Experience building partner communities or advocacy programs is a plus Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
