System Engineer

We have an exciting remote Systems Engineer 6 contract opportunity. This role will support the migration and integration efforts between Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. This role will focus on identity workflows, API integrations, automation, and platform support, ensuring secure and efficient identity operations across the enterprise.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, strong PowerShell automation skills, and a solid understanding of Identity Governance and Identity Threat Protection.Responsibilities:Support and execute identity platform migration and integration efforts between Okta and Microsoft Entra IDDesign, build, and maintain Workflows using Okta and Microsoft Entra IDDevelop and manage PowerShell automation, including:Workflow automationExchange mailbox automation and supportBuild, consume, and troubleshoot API integrations between Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and downstream servicesProvide ongoing platform support for identity and access management solutionsSupport Identity Governance initiatives, including:Access reviewsEntitlement managementAssist with Identity Threat Protection (ITP) and security-related identity controlsCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure reliable identity servicesMinimum Requirements Strong working knowledge of Okta and Microsoft Entra IDProven experience designing and supporting Workflows and API integrationsAdvanced PowerShell automation experienceHands-on experience making and troubleshooting API calls to Okta servicesSolid understanding of:Identity foundationsIdentity Governance (OIG)Access ReviewsIdentity Threat Protection (ITP)What We OfferGreat opportunity to make a big impact and take ownership on technology initiativesAltruistic workCompetitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, life and accident insurance, short-term disability insurance and more!
