Data Manager and Administrative Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Manager and Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role involves managing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and experience in office management to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the team.
Duties
Enters data on each new class of IDA participants into Outcome Tracker database.
Updates deposits on a monthly basis on each IDA participant.
Provides information needed for reports from Outcome Tracker.
Mails information/applications about IDA Program as requested by interested persons.
Performs other duties as requested by management.
Mails reminder notices to participants of upcoming Outcome Tracker to Success Coaches and/or Program Director conducive to NC ROMA principles.
Takes minutes and attends during the IDA Working Group Meetings.
Aids in planning and attends Economic Literacy classes.
Maintains weekly updates for Outcome Tracker and related computer services.
Requirements
Associate’s degree with at least 2 years of increasing office/administrative experience.
Must have working knowledge of computer data-entry processes, Microsoft programs, and other related software programs.
Have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills also required.
