Auto Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager The Finance Manager is responsible for managing vehicle financing and insurance processes, ensuring compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Structure and present vehicle financing options to customers Submit credit applications and secure lender approvals Present and sell F&I products (warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.) Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations Finalize contracts and funding packages Work closely with sales staff, lenders, and management Qualifications Prior automotive Finance or F&I experience required Strong knowledge of auto lending and compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Pay: $40,207.63 - $93,207.63 per year Benefits: Health insurance Ability to Commute: Salem, OR 97301 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
