School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Location: Haymarket, VAModel: Full-time | On-siteSchool Year: 2026–2027This position is from 8/24/26-10/30/26 with possibility to extend***Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. We partner with school districts across the country,providing school-based opportunities for RBTs in a variety of settings. From our leadership team to the clinicians, we aim to support each other, make an impact, and create awork environmentthat fosters collaboration and positive relationships with our districts.What You’ll Be Doing*:Provide 1:1 or small group behavior support to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.Collect accurate and timely data on student behaviors and program implementation.Support students with communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and academic engagement.Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and caregivers to promote consistency and student success across environments.Assist with the development and generalization of positive behaviors in classroom, playground, and group settings.Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training as required by the district or supervising BCBA.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA).Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.More specific job roles will vary based on state and district requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForCurrent certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).Experience working with children or students with autism and/or behavioral needs in school or therapeutic settings.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Knowledge of or willingness to learn data collection, ABA principles, and special education practices.Ability to implement behavior intervention strategiesCompassionate, patient, and flexible with a student-centered approach.Willingness to receive supervision and feedback to support professional growth.Why Work With TSCOW2 hourly employment with weekly payFull benefits available (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match, CEU support)In-house tech team to provide tech packages and IT support as neededFlexible scheduling and clinician-first cultureDirect access to leadership and a responsive, supportive teamReferral bonuses for referring other qualified clinicians to join TSCOA team that advocates for our clinicians, provides support, and values work-life balanceWe prioritize collaboration, teamwork, and creating an environment where you feel appreciated and respectedIf you’re looking for a RBT role where you’re supported, valued, and surrounded by a team that cares about your success,we’d love to talk.
