Your strong customer centricity and technical expertise ensure quality work, high usability and efficient delivery.You will be responsible toCentrally deliver, configure and test digital healthcare products remotely based on clear customer requirements from implementation managers and affiliates with a strong focus on quality and time to marketClosely work with implementation managers to understand requirements, continuously improve collaboration, processes and tools to make delivery more efficient and effectiveYou actively contribute to define requirements packages for the further development of tools, processes, standardization and productsYou apply defined standards and further develop best practices by actively addressing and sharing lessons learnedThroughout the project duration, maintain project status and timelines to facilitate accurate status reportsWork in complex production and development environment focusing to deliver high quality customer solutionsCollaborate across departments to develop and implement improved workflows and processesIdentify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and toolsQualificationsAdvanced degree in IT or a related field. Experience or background in support and training or delivery of software products is a plus.Experience as lab technician with IT background or working with LIS or HIS solutions is anadditional plus3+ years of experience in the diagnostics or software industryFluent in English, oral and written, Spanish is an advantageExperience with HIS/LIS, ASTM, HL7, and communications protocol in generalStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong intercultural competencies, and excellent communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou enjoy working in global matrix structures and interdisciplinary environmentYou count communication and teamwork skills as well as intercultural skills among your strengthsPay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In personby Jobble
