Role Description This is a contract role for a Real Estate Agent based in Greater Houston with a hybrid work arrangement. The agent will assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including property listings, negotiations, and closings. Responsibilities include conducting market analyses, maintaining client relationships, providing high-quality customer service, and promoting listings through effective sales strategies. Some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of the hybrid setup. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required.Strong skills in Real Estate practices, including market analysis, property transactions, and understanding of real property laws.Proven ability in Sales and Business Development within the real estate sector.Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach.Ability to work independently while meeting performance benchmarks.Familiarity with the Houston real estate market is a plus.Access to reliable transportation and technology for a hybrid work environment.
