VoIP Implementation & Support Technician

Job Overview Gabbit is seeking VoIP Implementation & Support Technicians to join our growing team. Responsibilities Provision and configure VoIP customers on our telephone platform. Install, configure, and deploy IP phones and related VoIP hardware (remotely). Turn up new customer phone systems and verify proper operation. Install and configure business Internet services, including routers, firewalls, and network equipment. Configure SIP trunks, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call routing, and user features. Troubleshoot VoIP, internet connectivity, and networking issues. Work directly with customers during onboarding, implementation, and on-site installations. Document installations and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure successful customer deployments. Requirements Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively. 4 year college degree. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations. Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience with hosted VoIP systems. Knowledge of SIP, VoIP networking, VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, routers, firewalls, and switching. Experience installing and supporting business phone systems and internet services. Familiarity with Juniper, Ubiquiti, Cisco, or similar networking equipment is a plus. Linux experience is a plus but not required.
