THIS IS A GRIND ROLE — AND IT PAYS Paxton Marketing is hiring Sales Assistants to support our sales team by driving outbound call volume and booking warm, qualified appointments. This is not customer service. This is not a slow office job. This is a phones-on, scoreboard-driven role. If you like structure, pressure, and getting paid for results — keep reading. WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAILY EXPECTATIONS) Make 100–150 outbound calls per day Work warm and aged leads efficiently Control the call and move prospects to an appointment Confirm appointments (not “maybe” conversations) Log all activity accurately in the CRM Hit daily activity and booking targets No hiding. No coasting. No excuses.
