Customer Service Support Representative
Customer Service Representative Labcorp is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raritan, NJ.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday hours 9AM-5:30PMJob ResponsibilitiesAct a liaison between Labcorp, the customer base and patientsResolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the InternetSpeak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol proceduresInquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solutionProvide additional customer education and information as neededQualify and establish inbound new customers requesting Labcorp's products and servicesWork in multiple databases to research complex issues and questionsNotify clients of test results in a timely and accurate mannerReview test forms for accuracy and report any discrepanciesParticipate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performancePerform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA complianceMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3 months or more of customer service experiencePreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree3 months or more of contact center or call center environment3 months or more of healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospitalAdditional Job StandardsBilingual in SpanishProficient with Microsoft Office programsExperience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information SystemsPossess a high level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientationAbility to work independently and within a team environmentHigh level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around timesStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to handle the physical requirements of the positionFlexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needsAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. Apply today!Pay Range: $18.25-$22/hr.All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
