The RoleThe Host/Reservationist is the architect of the guest journey — the voice that first welcomes a guest into the world of Mita and the presence that ensures they leave wanting to return. This is not a role for someone who simply seats people; it is a role for someone who understands that hospitality at this level is theater, craft, and genuine human connection in equal measure. You will be the steward of every guest’s first impression: curating seamless arrivals, anticipating needs before they are spoken, and translating Mita’s culinary vision into a warm, unhurried welcome that sets the tone for an extraordinary evening.
