We're looking for a versatile Video Production Assistant (Part-Time) to join our client's marketing and multimedia team! From assisting in video shoots, managing digital assets, to polishing the final edits, you'll help bring powerful stories to life that truly make a difference.In this part-time role, you'll collaborate with a passionate creative team while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of pre-production, production, and post-production. If you're organized, eager to grow, and ready to apply your technical and creative skills in a rewarding environment, we'd love to meet you.What you'll do:Assist with planning and scheduling shoots, coordinating with staff, patients, and families with professionalism and sensitivityPrep, transport, set up, and tear down video, lighting, and audio equipmentOperate cameras, lights, and sound gear under supervisionEdit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools (basic color correction, audio clean-up, transitions, etc.)Organize, tag, and archive raw media and final video assetsSupport content creation for social media, web, and internal communicationsEnsure all releases and documentation are completed and compliantProvide administrative and logistical support (budgets, scheduling, supplies, inventory)Maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy policies when working in healthcare settingsWhat you'll bring:A degree in Video Production, Film, Multimedia, or equivalent experiencePrevious hands-on video production experience and digital asset managementProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic production gearStrong organizational skills and great attention to detailCollaborative, flexible, and professional approachComfort working in healthcare/hospice settings with sensitivityValid driver's license and ability to lift/carry video gearWork SetupThis is a temp hybrid (2/1) opportunity through mid-December in the Pembroke Pines, FL area.
