Role Description Ritola Inc. is seeking Laborers, Operators, and a Concrete Foreman for full-time positions in Ashland, WI. These are on-site roles engaged in various construction and excavation tasks including operating heavy machinery, performing site preparations, installing underground utilities, and handling concrete work. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring proper site safety practices, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Qualifications Experience in excavation, sitework, or underground utility installationProficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and backhoesKnowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques (for Foreman role)Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprintsStrong knowledge of safety standards and commitment to maintaining safe work environmentsEffective communication and collaboration skills for team-based projectsReliable work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditionsPrevious leadership experience is a plus, especially for the Foreman roleValid driver’s license and ability to commute to job sites in or near Ashland, WI
