Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift

Clayton Services is searching for an Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and applying all unit tags, decals, labels, and vinyls to ensure finished equipment meets appearance, safety, and customer specifications Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20.00/hour plus OT Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with weekend availability Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift Responsibilities: Order, track, and manage exterior tags, decals, labels, and vinyls per production schedulesVerify all required safety, compliance, and identification tags are included on each unitCoordinate customer-specific decals, tags, and labeling requirementsReview job files and maintain accurate tag and decal documentationInspect received tags and decals for accuracy and report discrepancies to vendorsOrganize, label, and stage completed tag sets in designated equipment shop binsMaintain and monitor inventory levels of standard tags and reorder as neededEnsure consistency and accuracy of tags stored within inventory binsUpdate tag templates and records when production changes occurCoordinate operator, backplate, QR code, and electrical vinyl printing as requiredOperate vinyl printing equipment after training is providedPrepare decals and vinyls for domestic and international shipmentsCollaborate with production, documentation, and shipping teams to ensure timely completion Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsMechanical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment labeling needsProficiency with computers and digital file managementAbility to perform well in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlinesStrong follow-through and quality-focused mindset Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience in manufacturing, equipment labeling, inventory, or production support is a plus Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift Physical Requirements:Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to stand or remain stationary for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Equipment Aesthetics Specialist - 1st Shift - Immediate need.
