Job Description
We are currently seeking several part-time servers. This is a high-volume environment that requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy. These positions report the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Lift up 30 lbs
Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift
Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus)
Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Effectively communicate food and beverage menus
Accurately take guests' orders
Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check
Cash handling
Room set up and tear down
Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Adhere to company policies and philosophies
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Outgoing personality
1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment (banquet serving is a plus)
Basic math skills
Commitment to teamwork
Strong ability to communicate effectively
An eye for detail
The ability to multi-task
