IT Helpdesk Technician - Two (2) positions

DescriptionGeneral Responsibilities:Maintain, Repair and Troubleshoot all IT assets on FDTC Campus. Help and support IT services for FDTC employees and student with Audio Visual and IT issue in person or via telephone.Examples of DutiesJob FunctionsThe same as listed under General Responsibilities.Typical QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Associate degree in Network Systems Management or other closely related field. A+ Certification is preferred. Will consider relevant work experience in the IT support field. Strong customer service skills. Able to repair PC hardware and install network software on all models of computer assets. Able to support both Employees and students with technology problems. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, crawl under desk and lift items that weigh as much as 40 lbs. on occasion.
