Engineering Project Manager Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote) Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description Responsibilities: • Engineering Project Manager responsible for Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing a number of concurrent engineering projects • Driver and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects and feature areas for high volume iOS native eCommerce app • Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation • Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, and define functional requirements • Manager communication apprising status and issues to team members, management and other project stakeholders • Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, resources and budget Strong E-commerce experience Proven work on shopping journeys end-to-end Experience across Desktop and Mobile Apps iOS exposure is good, but not exclusively iOS-focused Core focus areas: Checkout flows Customer-facing features Customer Experience (CX) Usability Accessibility Team primarily works on shopping experience Role alignment: EPM / Business PM More business & product-focused, not deeply technical Skill Sets Project Management 5-10 Years Is Required Agile Project Management 5-10 Years Is Required
