Innovative Driven is seeking an Information Services Trainer to join the team at a premier global law firm client! This is a full-time hybrid position, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remoteCandidates must be able to demonstrate training skills during a mock training sessionThe Information Services Trainer will report to the User Experience and Training ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct Information Services training for new hires and staff in a variety of settings: classroom, one-on-one, in-office, departmental meetings, etc.Develop new courses and training modulesRecord and edit training videosStudy, test, document, and prepare to train new applications as they are developed or acquiredAssist the Training Supervisor in scheduling classesHelp to maintain and update the User Support training sitePerform ad hoc Information Services administrative duties Support the larger User Support team's training and documentation needsCreate and maintain support documentationREQUIREMENTS:Two years of professional work in technology support, ideally in the legal industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbility to effectively review, interpret requirements, and deliver the highest level of trainingStrong ability to effectively communicate technical and complex informationExperience with PC application training and web developmentExperience creating and writing documentationExperience with UniversitySite, Articulate, and AI integrationExceptional customer service and technical skills
