Assistant ManagerPosition OverviewThe Assistant Manager role at Ambrosia QSR supports the overall operations of a single restaurant. Assistant Managers must have open availability, work full-time, and be scheduled to work shifts that complement the General Manager's schedule (opposing days and shifts). They serve as the right hand to the General Manager and will participate in ongoing development training to foster internal growth within the company. Assistant Managers should possess strong coaching skills, be proficient in all workstations, and have a solid understanding of shift control responsibilities.
