Lead Coding Supervisor

Houston Methodist is seeking a Supervisor Coding to oversee inpatient, hospital outpatient, and ambulatory coding activities. The role leads a team of coders, ensures quality and timely coding, and drives performance improvements in collaboration with physicians and revenue cycle staff. Requirements include an Associate's degree (or equivalent coding experience), 6 years in coding operations with leadership potential, and RHIT/RHIA/CCS/CPC certification.
