Utilize digital tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and provide ongoing support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing regular updates and adjustments to their financial plans. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the client experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in client services, sales, or finance is a plus but not required. Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients. Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings and client management. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
