Job SummaryWe are seeking a strong Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise inCPQ solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding ofSalesforce CPQ or Conga CPQ, along with experience in business process analysis,configuration, and pricing methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skillsto collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to gather and documentcomplex business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and design business processes related to Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ,including product configuration, rules, pricing, and quoting workflows.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailedrequirements to drive successful CPQ implementations.Define and optimize pricing methodologies, quoting processes, and approvalworkflows to ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure smoothintegration and implementation of CPQ solutions.Assist with the configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ to meet businessneeds.Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights and improve the effectivenessof CPQ solutions.Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce CPQ and support in implementingfeatures such as rules, pricing, and approvals.Required Skills And ExperienceStrong understanding of Salesforce CPQ / Conga CPQ features and functionalities.In-depth knowledge of product configuration, rules, pricing, pricingmethodologies, quoting, and approvals.Experience in business process analysis and design to align CPQ solutions withbusiness requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamseffectively.Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.Knowledge of Salesforce development tools and customization to support solutiondevelopment.Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and CPQoptimizations.Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred.
