The shift time for this position is 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, with overtime expected. The starting pay rate is $15.50 per hour. If you are looking for a workplace that is dedicated to caring for its employees and consumers by providing exceptional job opportunities and a unique product, this may be the place for you!ResponsibilitiesSupport the CARE values of the organizationCommit to producing a quality product for our customersAssist in receiving material, equipment, and supplies delivered on purchase ordersLoad and unload trucks containing material, supplies, and equipmentMove material to proper location or work areaFollow company policies and procedures as it relates to material functionsWrap, pack, and prepare products for movement and/or shipmentPerform periodic inventory and stock control on a limited basisMaintain a clean, safe working environmentAdhere to all applicable safety rules and regulationsOperate forklift and pallet jack to transport and store materialsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school education or equivalentGood verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedSafety focusedGood analytical skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings and visual interpretationsAbility to perform basic mathematical skillsWorking Relationship Communication is required across all levels of the organization, including the executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Material Handler works under the immediate supervision of the Finishing Supervisor. PPE Safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes are required. Other PPE may be required depending on the role
