Physical Therapist – Home Health Location:Las Vegas, NV Employment Type:Full-Time Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional weekend visits) Compensation:Pay-per-visitPosition Summary Provide in-home physical therapy services by evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy programs to restore mobility and improve function.Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions Educate patients and families on mobility, transfers, and equipment use Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standardsQualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain CPR certification Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong communication and patient care skillsBenefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Flexible Scheduling Professional Growth Opportunities
