Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
Strong experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments (EV preferred)
Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, warehouse, and asset management processes
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Process & Solution Leadership Lead end-to-end process workshops across manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance domains
Define current-state vs future-state processes and translate into functional design specifications
Drive integrated SAP S/4HANA solution design and implementation
2. Implementation & Delivery Execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT , ensuring end-to-end process validation
Support global template rollouts , localization, and cross-plant harmonization
Lead cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities
Resolve business-critical issues within defined SLAs across manufacturing, logistics, and asset operations
Drive process optimization initiatives across production, warehouse, and maintenance functions
Develop role-based training materials and conduct workshops for business users
Enable adoption of SAP solutions for planners, warehouse teams, and maintenance technicians
Work Arrangement Requirements Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% per month, typically Tuesday–Thursday
Ability to work with distributed global teams and coordinate delivery across regions and time zones
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment, including onshore overlap as needed
Travel Occasional travel for workshops, reviews, or stakeholder alignment
Estimated travel up to 60%, depending on project needs
Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Compensation Compensation (All-In): $120k-$160k USD
Placement within the range depends on role level, experience, location, and overall requirements engineering capability.
