This opportunity is ideal for a detail‑oriented and highly organized legal assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and enjoys providing exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with estate planning, probate, and trust administration mattersPrepare, revise, and finalize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related materialsAssist with probate filings and court‑related documentationMaintain calendars, deadlines, appointments, and court datesCommunicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and third partiesCoordinate execution of estate planning documents, including notary and witness arrangementsOrganize and maintain physical and electronic client filesDraft correspondence and legal documents based on templates and attorney guidanceTrack incoming documents, deadlines, and follow‑up itemsAssist with time entry, billing support, and additional administrative tasks as neededQualifications3+ years of legal assistant experience in Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, or ProbateStrong working knowledge of estate planning and probate proceduresExperience preparing wills, trusts, probate pleadings, and related legal documentsExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systemsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismFlorida law firm experience preferredPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Florida probate court filingsExposure to trust administration and wealth transfer mattersStrong attention to detail and deadline managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staffCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $75,000–$85,000, based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with employer contributionProfessional and collaborative work environmentInterested?Apply today!
