Senior Manager, Global EHS

Job Description: Leading and executing the EH&S strategy and compliance across global locations Direct oversight of multi-site locations globally Influencing plant and business leadership to drive EHS culture Developing, leading, and driving corporate Environmental Health and Safety strategies Supervising a diverse, global team of EHS professionals Developing and sustaining EHS management systems for compliance Supporting EHS capital improvement projects Coaching and mentoring location EHS professionals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental, health and safety, engineering or other closely related degree CSP, CIH or Masters degree highly preferred Minimum of 10+ years of progressive EH&S experience Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience Expert knowledge of US EHS related regulatory requirements Strong project management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Benefits: Environmental Health and Safety strategies EHS management systems Coaching and mentoring opportunities Incident investigation support
