Project Manager

Our client is a well-established, Texas-based company experiencing continued growth due to increasing customer demand. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple concrete and paving projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a travel-intensive role, requiring frequent travel to project sites to provide hands-on leadership, coordinate with field teams, and ensure successful project execution across multiple locations.Project Manager Responsibilities:Build and oversee a detailed project schedule throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate all technical aspects of projects, including selection of suppliers and equipmentDrive the project financials through completion to advance the projects' financial position through proactive continuous improvement processesEnsure all quality, technical and contractual content is exceeding expectationsResolve punch list items and close out projects for timely delivery to customersPresent and working project sites with a Road Warrior mentalitySupport company-wide initiatives, including quality improvement projects to maintain best-in-class serviceMonday-Friday availability, with weekends available as needed based on projectsProject ManagerQualifications:5+ years of project management experience with Concrete/Paving mandatory.Project Management experience and highly proficient with best practices of project managementStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersComputer literacy for utilization of work specific applicationsClean driving record and must pass pre-employment drug screeningProject ManagerBenefits:Competitive Salary (DOE), bonus program and Profit SharingComprehensive Benefits PackageStrong growth potentialGreat company culture driven from ownershipHard work is recognized and rewarded
